The Youth Internship Program is an employability skills training program for unemployed youth ages 15-30 that reside in the Eastman Region facing various barriers to employment. The Program will help you develop an action plan to overcome barriers to employment. The first steps are:
1) exploring career options, and
2) developing employability skills and effective job search strategies. The goal of the program is to help you secure and maintain full-time employment.
